Fürst Bismark Mühle Aumühle. Herzlich Willkommen auf unseren Internetseiten!Seit 1350 besteht die Kornmühle an der Au als "Auschenkrechtsame". Um die Wartezeiten, in denen die Bauern auf das gemahlene Korn warten mußten zu verkürzen, wurde ihnen hier Speis und Trank angeboten. Die roten Lampen in den Fenstern wiesen auf den Ausschank hin. Im Jahre 1871 kommt die Mühle in den Besitz des Fürsten Otto von Bismarck.Das Team der Fürst Bismarck Mühle ist gern dieser Tradition der Gastlichkeit verpflichtet. Heute betreibt kein Wasser mehr die großen Mühlenräder und Sie bringen auch kein Korn mehr mit. So allerdings wie vor 650 Jahren das Korn frisch gemahlen wurde, sind auch unsere Zutaten täglich frisch und werden erst anläßlich Ihrer Bestellung zubereitet.
