The food on offer ranges from light, calorie-conscious fare to hearty Swabian specialities, all washed down with a selection of fine wines and beers. Our meat is reared and slaughtered here on-site, and cooked either by the head chef or the hotel manager. On sunny days all meals are also served on the hotel terrace or in the beer garden.
