Conditions for placement of a presentation on the www.pensionhotel.cz (de).

1. Miloslava Středová is an operator of this InterNet portal and further web pages and is entitled for offering the presentations (far as a provider).
   
2. The client of the order for placement of a presentation is a private person or corporation, which order this service (far as a client).
   

1. The presentation on the web pages of the provider is ordered on-line. The order assumes the obligatory rights in the point of written confirmation from both contract sides.
   
2. The duration of the placement of the presentation depends on the selected program and on signited 1 year contract. Renewal of the contract is always clarified with the klient.The order depends on current price list.
   Responsibility for the content of Your presentation:
   1. In the case of self registration is the client responsible for quality and content of his presentation. In this case is the provider released from liability of requerements which are connected to the law regulations of author rights. This requerements are meant in connection with third sides persons.
      
   Rights of the operator: The operator stipulates the right of refuse the placement of presentation, in the cases of:
   1. the order doesn´t agreed with requirements of the operator
   2. the reference to web pages, to which it aims, differs from the Czech law
   3. the content of the text doesn´t agreed with good standard practises of competition and endanger public order
   4. the page side with its quality or content are nonconformed with interests of the operator
   5. in the case of the fact that the operator refuses the presentation, the client will be immediately informed about it.
   Price:
   1. Price is calculated on the base of the actuall price list. The price list is an integral part of the registration conditions.
   Invoicing and terms of payment:
   1. The presentation is placed on the InterNet, the client obtain the contract and invoice, which are based on the informations filled out by the registration process. The invoice is payable within one week after obtaining. If the payment won´t be fulfilled in time, the presentation won´t be placed on the provider´s pages.
   Settlement of a claim:
3. In the case of misdemeanour of provider, the client is legitimate for reasonable compensation or reduction of the price.
4. The term for claiming is to be stated within 14 days from the day, when the client identificated the misdemeanour or it could been identificated.
5. With a misdemeanour of the provider is meant a malfunktion of the services, in period longer than 12 hours in one day.
6. The price reduction after agreements.

1. The contractors commit themselves, all data and information obtained by their cooperation not to pass to the third persons.
